Do you buy or consign vintage?
Yes, we do both. Text photos of your pieces, or text to set up an appointment, at (833) 526-9092.
How often do you get new pieces?
Every day. New finds go out on the racks daily, and new pieces go up online most days.
Is Gotta Have It part of Boardwalk Vintage?
Gotta Have It is our larger sister store, a block away at 1516 Pacific Ave near the Venice sign. Open 11am to 7pm, (310) 392-5949.
Can you hold something for me?
We don't have room to hold pieces. You can buy it online and choose local pickup at checkout (Los Angeles-area addresses), and we'll set it aside for you at Boardwalk Vintage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes: Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and most other countries. Shipping is shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
How can I pay?
In the shop: cash or card. Online: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Is shipping free?
Free on US orders over $100.
What's your return policy?
Returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. The buyer pays return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee may apply. See our return policy.
Is everything online also in the shop?
Most of it. Pieces sell in the shop and online at the same time, so if you're coming in for something specific, call or text first.
